Should I put the xbox on the floor or keep it on the desk? I like it as it frees up space on the floor but it feels too claustrophobic. Any advice on what I should do and or recommendations??

The floor could work, or perhaps put it on the left side, get the monitor more centered? Might make the setup feel more balanced. Looking good btw!
Many things you could to make it more spacious.
First, you could put the monitor on an arm, that alone would give you lots of space since it would eliminate the stand. Second, put the things like ipad, gamepad and extra headseat in a drawer or something so it doesn’t clutter up your workspace. Personally, I would put the computer under the desk on the ground. I understand you want to look it (probably got some fancy RGB), but your desk is just not big enough imo.
