    It’s supposed to be johnny’s jacket, I think the glow details used to be orange early in development but they changed it to blue for some reason, however if u compare them side by side u can see it’s the exact same jacket

    I recently found one in red associated to Valentino’s. It was a random loot. I don’t remember where. You should try hitting the clothing stores to see if there’s any available for purchase.

    I dunno what all these comments saying you can’t find an orange one are talking about. I’ve got about 4 different ones with the orange light bar. They’re everywhere. Just check clothes stores.

    The clothing vendor down in Pacifica sells these. They don’t have the Samurai Logo but one of them has the orange neon

    You can get a red one in the clothing shop in santo domingo

    It’s glowing red actually. You eventually obtain it in game.
