use HWInfo for PPT, TDC, and EDC readouts. Cinebench shows its worth only when many people are using it. For comparisions it is too niche right now as to allow good comparision with other system, it is still very nice for OC comparisions of your own system. If you want to really compare with other systems, use R23 where the 5800x should be at 13800-ish on stock settings and 16000-ish after a good pbo OC.
