Yea just restart the game and reaload your latest safe.

Not a bug. Your V is obviously super badass. NPCs just die in your V’s presence. It’s a side effect of being that awesome. Gotta learn to accept it.
Got the same bug, tried several ways of fixing it that people suggested and none worked
I gor the same. Since I did the quest in a previous playthoruth, I abandoned it.

Yup, same bug for me! Reloaded saves and such, tried different responses, same result. Hopefully the patch next week catches this one

V is such a menace most normal folk would rather spontaneously cancel their life subscription than deal with the possibility of V going psycho on them.
Me like everyone else who saw a video and read a question about this very thing happening two or three days ago. As usual OP of course didn’t, not even subconsciously, and just by chance found out about the same thing a few hours later 🙄
Happen to me also on my last run, dude said fuck life and died
Yup, I’ve got the same problem… I completed every single mission except that one and that’s annoying 🙁
