Did a CBr23 stress test while monitoring with HWinfo and the CPU package power displays 1-2W during full load. Also in Intel XTU it shows me that its current throttled 100% of the time. I resetted BIOS to defaults (did turn xmp on) and it didn’t do anything. What else can I try? TY

Looks like you are running your CPU without a cooler 😉
Check your cooler/pump/mounting/plastic sticker; the CPU is max. throttling to prevent melting down.
