Pretty sure Phantom Liberty made the max level 60.
I don’t know not having PL leaves it at 50.
I hit 60 with Phantom Liberty and hitting the final point of no return in the core game. And I didn’t even come CLOSE to completing the Gigs / Side-Missions / NCPD things. Seriously, the map is covered with them.
Try resetting your map. sometimes the filters don’t work correctly. You have to go to custom tab, leave it, and come back. Then start toggling things back on.

But what do I know. It’s possible without PL that 50 is the absolute max you can hit.
once you finish nocturne, the game will let you load a save before the beginning of it, and youll have some extra goodies determinant on the ending ive heard
Did you buy a Porsche from 1 of the fixer? it starts a small gig that I only knew recently
Yes. But I would recommend getting and playing Phantom Liberty before doing the final mission. It will open more ending options.
You can always just play the final mission now and PL afterwards though, if you want. Upon finishing the game it just gives you some loot and sticks you back where you are right now.
234 missions before PL how?!
There is a level cap? No way!! I’m 41 now and still have to finish the PL missions. Just did the one at the casino with the twins.
