If I wanted a 50mV from point 6 / 4,8ghz would I only need to type it in there or on every other point after that as well? Or would that end up with an 100mv offset at 4,9Ghz? Thanks in advance! (AsRock z790 Pro rs/ i5 12600k)

Only at that specific point.
Only at the specific point, but the value of the next point has to be higher or else it gets the same value as the new VF6.
