I’d say those topics were told in relatable ways and generated empathy because of this. We’ve all lost someone, economic disparity is so real, fewer and fewer corporations control more and more and religious wackos, there is no shortage of. Games/literature like this serve as a warning that a future dystopia awaits at our doorstep if we do nothing to stop it.

So Mi’s is the strongest story for me. Same situation as V but has one more ace in her sleeve that V doesn’t. Beautifully depressing.

El Capitan and the Arasaka truck. After so many playthroughs before PL, he was just an oddball fixer.
After the truck heist, I was willing to do anything for him.

Judy Romance. Now that was made beautifully imo.
Gear-Noir
I would say Judy touched me the most *cough*.
I kid…somewhat. But really m, for the most part, the whole concert of stories linking up and building into V’s story was ultimately pretty well done I felt.

The suicide ending is a masterpiece in making you understand why it’s a bad idea

El capitan dialysis truck really won me over. I was really moved by Jackie’s death and the aftermath. And for me the reed arc was well done too

I think playing as Vi and in the end letting Johny finish his redemption arc to save Vi by storming Arasaka tower. And the whole building up relationship with him. I didn’t like him at all but I gave him a chance every time he wanted to speak and I didn’t regret that I didn’t give up on him.
Romancing Judy was very sweet.

man i don’t even know. the whole game fucks you up. i’d say whenever you end up in cyberspace and you gotta have the talk about who’s going with alt and who’s returning. paired with the music that plays during that scene, i find it a very grueling experience. recently i did the ending where v loses everything and becomes a face in the crowd. feel like crying just typing this out.

So Mi dying in my arms. There wasn’t any moment of any game I felt more pain than that moment. Felt like I had lost a daughter, a sister and a friend in all the same moment.
Deplorable her actions and/or potential actions may be, it is a tragedy all the same.
MandoAviator
This cross mission, where do I get it? I keep seeing it posted but I never came across it.

One moment that I always look forward to is the scene with Angel or Skye in Clouds. Some of the most moving writing in the game.
Acrylic_Starshine
Panam touched me a few times in that tank.

Honestly all of the topics and themes are great, however the main one is still my favorite.

River’s nephew and Peter Pan. That was silence of the lambs level of psychopath
Special-Law-7286
Johnny’s take over, mainly because you never get a chance to tell everyone your going on a trip through the Blackwall and they probably shouldn’t wait for you anymore as it was your decision to go with Alt.

Panam touched me the most…in a literal sense
