Looks like a knockoff DS or possibly an emulator of sorts.

GPD is a computer manufacturer, if it’s similar to the ones I’ve seen, it’s basically a Windows laptop in the form factor of a 3DS. Not sure how powerful this specific model is but it’s designed for gaming.

I believe that this is a full windows 10 pc with controls on the bottom. Sort of like the steam deck, but in a different form factor, and much older.

I have a Retroid Pocket 4 Pro coming today that I’m excited about.

Look like the GPD XD Plus, and Android handheld from 2018. It’s basically a device to play android games and emulate console and handheld games (PS1, SNES, GBA, PSP, etc).
At this point it’s to old to be worth buying. There a lot of newer devices on the market similar to this one.
It’s property of the Gotham Police Department, maybe you’ll find some cool files on villains or something

Whatever it is, it’s gonna be a bad comsole. I hated those sticks on the 3ds and the L3 button being off to the side is an awful idea, that button is usually to toggle run, sometimes you need to keep it held down.

Game pad digital! They even have a subreddit for their different devices I believe this is the GPD Win (1). Cool devices and can play a surprising amount of modern PC games. Definitely an older model, I own 4 of their devices but this is more of a collectable at this point as their newer models are way more up to date but that thing isn’t priced badly.

I have one of these, its definitely an android based handheld. Its great for old school emulation, especially super nintendo. Chronic Trigger on this is pretty awesome. Handles N64 well, its just that N64 emulation is still not good. Perfectly small to bring on trips, and anywhere on the go. Controls feel fine for their size.
