I overclocked my Teamgroup T-Force Vulkan 2x16GB 6000mhz CL38@1.25v to 6800mhz CL32@1.35v.

My AIDA latency dropped from 66ms to 54ms and all of my bench marks have gotten better thanks to adjusting the subtimings following this video:

I pretty much have the same setup: 13600kf, MSI Z790 Tomahawk DDR5, 6000mhz CL38 (Hynix M).

When I was just using the built in “Memory Try It” feature in the BIOS I was able to get up too 7000mhz/CL40 and as low as 6400mhz/CL30 presets before not being able to post.

I split the difference when I was tightening up but I read that 6400mhz is the sweet spot for my chip and anything higher than that will provide diminishing returns when it comes to in game performance.

Should I go back up to 7000mhz/CL40 and raise my voltage to 1.40v or should I stay at 1.35v and go lower and try and hit cl28 on 6400mhz.

    7000 CL40, I’m sure you can do 7000 or 7200 CL34 fairly easily on 2x16GB. I have M die also, but I’m running 6800 C32 2x32Gb 1.45V, I can run it at 7000 C34 1.46V but I do get a random crash or error on tests and on Windows desktop which is annoying but not a big deal.
