5950x Temperature under water

I built my custom loop about a year and a half ago so i can’t remember everything exactly but here goes.

I disabled all the stuff that the R9 5950x comes with like PBO and core performance boost. I think the reason i did this is because of temperature and stability reasons. I can’t really remember. I locked all my cores to 4500 mhz with 1.2 volts. This gave me the lowest temp with the most stability in cinebench. I know it can get to 4.9 mhz with PBO or whatever but like I said before, i think i just didn’t like the temperature or stability.

My CPU temps are 40C idle and 77C on Cinebench. 68C playing Apex.

My GPU is a 6900XT and its temps are actually lower. 35C on idle and 65C playing Apex on 1440p.

I personally don’t think these are good numbers for being under water. Especially this much water. But maybe im just overthinking it? You guys lemme know. I’m in bed right now but maybe I’ll try core performance boost again? I dunno
