Got the same thing on 4080 a month ago. Disconnected all the cables, removed all the extensions, cleaned all the connection points and reset the drivers.
Did it all at the same time, not sure which helped, but everything is fine since then.
Even if the GPU is old, it’s not necessarily dead

To be fair, Win11 is an unoptomized mess and most PCs from before 2022 aren’t even compatible with it, or so I heard.
My PC is from 2015 but I was able to gradually upgrade it. I’m lucky that I got a PC that’s highly customizable.

Win 11 is like the most meh OS of all time. It gets the job done but the requirements are ridiculous. And I haven‘t found a single feature that is actually better than anything Win 10 had to offer. It’s just the same thing with stupid drawbacks like the context menu being stripped down and nothing really noteworthy being added. It isn’t a catastrophe like Vista or 8 but at the same time it isn’t necessary in the slightest.
