I had an old Westinghouse monitor that was a 16:10 aspect ratio 1920×1200 screen. That would take 30 mins of “warming up” to actually keep the screen from flickering. It lasted 4 years before replacing it.
I rarely turned monitor off as it took forever some times for it to stop flickering never the end of its life.

I should try that with my old monitor, have to keep pushing the power button again and again till it warms up enough to turn on.

LCD issues?

I had that same exact monitor with the same exact problem. If you look it up online many other people with this monitor have this problem. I think this make and model is just broken across the board.

You really took desktop PC literally huh
Could be a defective screen controller board.
I hope your drinks are standing on your left. The hub is less problematic than the PC itself.
