How are these solo players maintaining Diamond V whilst winning so many games?

The top player has 181 wins out of 443 matches, a 2.6 k/d.

#2 Has 134 wins out of 362 matches and a 5.71 k/d.

#4 has 102 wins out of 334 matches and a 3.51 k/d.

I know you can tank your rank if you die early but at Diamond V it’s hard to not gain positive points by barely doing anything. Your wins don’t count until Diamond V so all of their respective wins that are counted (178, 126 and 102) are at the same rank.

And presumably at Diamond V they avoid the harder lobbies?
