The digital monochrome aesthetic you have going on is super sick! But yeah, this against the smooth and empty _surfaces_ around the tech creates that “sterile” effect that’s getting to you.
Your space needs a bit more “warmth”, which you can achieve with interesting textures and scenery. I can see that the walls are white and so is the desk, but not the rest of the room. Paint the wall, add some lamps, maybe shelves with things you like on them. Consider getting a wood desk with a visible pattern (you could probably find one in black). Hunt around pinterest and search things like “cozy minimal office”.

Not something we can really help with, but seems like a horrible angle to look at a monitor for starters.
You can always change the color of your RGB and backgrounds to give it more character. White is cool, but it makes just as good of an accent as a full theme
