It’s their attempt to give resolution to the ridiculous FF:06:B5 “puzzle” that the people in the FF:06:B5 subreddit have been vainly attempting to solve.

Except that some of the people in that sub refuse to accept the solution CDPR created and insist there’s still a bigger mystery despite the fact that the end of the quest line specifically says there is no bigger mystery and to stop looking.
