If it were me I would do this:
VDIMM; 1.65
AddCmdSetup 56
GDM Off
tCL 13
tRCDs 14
tRP 13
tWR 10
tCWL 12
SCLs 2
tRFC set to whatever makes tRFC (ns) = 120
Confirm stability at 1.65v
Test stability at 1.64v
Test lower until you become unstable
iirc my teamgroup kit needed 1.61v for tCL 13 at 3800 or 3866 can’t remember (Long time away from ddr4)
But its a good reference to know that tCL 13 at 3800ish shouldn’t take more than 1.65 and anything below 1.59 will probably be instant errors…
