If it were me I would do this:
VDIMM; 1.65
AddCmdSetup 56
GDM Off
tCL 13
tRCDs 14
tRP 13
tWR 10
tCWL 12
SCLs 2
tRFC set to whatever makes tRFC (ns) = 120
Confirm stability at 1.65v
Test stability at 1.64v
Test lower until you become unstable
