Minor update with balance adjustments to MTZ & WSP Swarm

  1. Those seem like pretty big reductions for the MTZ, not too sure about the Swarm. I bet they’ll do that again.

    so mtz looks like its pretty much cooked, thank god. swarm might still be usable but amr9, hmr9, and striker prob better.

    I have been having a lot of fun with the striker 9 recently. Thing kills pretty fast and has much better mobility than the swarm

    I personally can’t see a difference between MTZ and KVD Enforcer handling, and Enforcer is now the pre-patch MTZ – 3 shots with 2 headshots. Just switch to that, problem solved.
