Computer BSODS or Hard resets with DOCP on

I have PBO and Curve Optimizer on at all core -10.

with DOCP ON: Computer BSODs or Reboots when running CPU test with Large Data Set. Computer also Reboots or BSODs when doing Ram/memory benchmark on Aida64 (crashes after a second or two).

with DOCP OFF: No crashes on either.

I have set the SOC Voltage to 1.25v and DRAM Voltage to 1.45v and manually set FCLK to 1600.
(I only have pbo on to try help temps if you have any suggestions or alternatives please let me know!)
