    Wi-Fi card, those plugs are for antennas. 🙂

    wifi card with big heatsink.

    it’s just a M2 pcie bridge. If you remove the heatsink you can get the M2 module.

    Some professional high bandwidth cameras use SMA plugs with such a capture card also. Might be one but not the type you are looking for. Maybe have a look on the board for a sticker and Google for the model number.

    Edit: the plugs are labeled with “ANT”. I guess it’s a WiFi card!

    Wifi Card. The screws on the outside are for wifi antennae. I thin this may be a TP link one.
