Few days ago i posted this: [https://www.reddit.com/r/overclocking/comments/196fi7b/comment/ki1gldz/?context=3](https://www.reddit.com/r/overclocking/comments/196fi7b/comment/ki1gldz/?context=3)
So as recommended by many, i got new kit of ram, this time a singe one no mixed memory chips, yet still something is preventing it to be stable on any reasonable frequency. Tried:
1. Built it XMP it crashes
2. Manually setting clock, timings and voltages it crashes
3. Did try to set CO to +10 same result,
4. I tried raising FCLK by itself it’s stable (at least not crashing instantly) up to 2000
5. Tried to set UCLK == MCLK/2, it still crashes
6. Set GPU power limit down to 60% yet the moment i put this memory even to 3200, instant crash in Topaz and in some games.
7. Disable any CPU overclock, GPU power limit to 60%, FLCK at 1200, UCLK == MEMCLK/2, timings 22-24-24-48, secondary on auto, soc voltage 1.15, VDDP 0.95, VDDG CCD = 0.98 IOD = 1.05,and even in windows switched power config to balanced still instant crash as soon as topaz loads model or few seconds after game is loaded.(that was to do 3200!)
This is most likely not a PSU, as if i keep memory on auto but overclock both CPU and GPU to the floor it doesn’t crash, but the moment i touch ram it just doesn’t want to collaborate.
This kit by itself is stable even at 4000 mHz cl18-21-21-21 tRC at 62, as it did pass testmem5 for 4 hour without a single error.
Is it my MoBo being stupid, or am I missing something?

UPD. How it reboots, [https://youtu.be/Eqqa7LXAR9w](https://youtu.be/Eqqa7LXAR9w)
and it does so even this FLCK and UCLK as low as this. and there only one error in windows log viewer that is Kernel Power

Just to clarify, zen timings screenshot is just to show that even at such low flck and uclk it crashes
