I was wondering if it’s normal that my 4070 GPU boost clock is at 2910MHz when gaming. My memory clock is at 21004MHz. I have Expo 1 and PBO active. My Cpu is a R9 7900x and MB Rog Strix B650e-f.

who knows, don’t use the preset garbage.
Run your Power Target at Max, and Run your GPU Voltage at Max, and then….
Do +100 Core, and +1000 Memory Clock then run a 3d Mark Time Spy and then 3d Mark SpeedWay run. If it doesn’t crash or have any issues add another +500 to Memory, run the tests again, if it doesn’t crash add another +500. Once you start seeing weird stuff or crash go back to the settings before the crash and do +100 instead. Find the point where it becomes unstable and go 100 less. Then go back to the +100 Core and add +20, run your tests. If it doesn’t crash add another +20 and run them again. Find the point where the Core addition causes you to crash and remove 20. Done.
