~~I have my 4080 listed on fb and offerup and i keep getting sellers telling me “bad score I will offer x” and first I was like they are trolling and their tactic was obvious. I can game 4k perfectly with it on ultra settings, maybe some dlss and FG if needed for RT but its super quiet barely going over 60C so I know its performing as expected. But I have had more than 1 person tell me its a bad score so is the following 3dmark (demo version) score “bad” or is it bang average/as expected?~~
~~Here it is:~~ [~~https://imgur.com/lVpsGUC~~](https://imgur.com/lVpsGUC)
~~Again the test is the 3dmark demo on steam using time spy directx 12 which is 2560x1440p i believe.~~
~~I did have gsync and vsync enabled in NVCP during the test so maybe thats affecting it or its performing as expected? Aren’t I supposed to be in the 28k range?~~
~~Am I getting trolled by these clowns to get me to take down my price and I should probably remove the benchmark pics so they stop this dumb tactic or are they telling the truth?~~
Wow they were telling the truth, score went from 23700 to 27900 after turning off gsync and vsync in NVCP. I thought they were lieing because I was gaming perfectly but apprently benchmarks dont like vsync or gsync yikes!

You can go to the 3dmark page and compare with ppl with the exact cpu+gpu combo, keep in mind a lot of ppl that use benchs like timespy do overclock their gpus for max pdrformance, rising the average.
I would also try without vsync- gsync, just to see how it affects the score.
You can even do a comparisson with ppl with your gpu+ cpu combo AND limit it to ppl getting the same boost clocks as your gpu , this way you take overclockers out the equation.
Just go to the website and search yourself.

But it looks like your very low for Timespy, yeah
Avg score with 4080 and 7800x3d is 24k, highest is 27k. Your score is low. I would just remove those pics
29622 with 14700k so yes, its bad. Any Sync technology will mess with the score obv
