I did this back in the day when I tried to overclock my E8400 to infinity. Worked like a charm lol.

I did something like that once, it’s a liquid cooled system so I put long tubing on it and put the radiator outside. Make sure you put antifreeze in the loop or it will freeze when you turn the computer off.

I thought about something like this at one point. My best idea was to put an expandable Block in the window and create a vent with a fan in it to blow the air into the PC. You’d have to put screen mesh (and maybe a filter) on everything so nothing crawls in.
I always wondered if something like that would work.
I had this Showerthought for years of putting my PC for cooling outside the Window in the Winter and see the performance Potential and this dude actually did it.
