That board and battery belongs to one of those HP budget laptops that has alphabet soup as its last name. I used to have one and it looked exactly like this on the inside. The same board has socket placements for AMD and Intel CPUs, because HP uses the same motherboard and chassis design across all models that fall into their budget line-up.
