Get a quality power supply instead of that sketchy thing.

Get a 5700x instead. You dont need integrated graphics with a dedicated GPU.
That thermal compound looks sketchy and is expensive on top. Use arctic mx4 or mx6 if you are unsure what to pick.

Buy a better psu. just saver and will save you money in the long run (either parts die or electricity bill)
You can get the same ram (I’m assuming that yours is 3200mhz) for cheaper, have a look at some videos or on Amazon
You don’t need integrated graphics on your cpu if you have a gpu, get a 5700x instead
And be wary of that monitor, have a look at the reviews on Amazon and look at some yt vids, idk about that specific monitor but some are too good to be true for the price
Also get a better power supply, corsair is a reliable brand

And you got quite an expensive case, but it will last you a long time, get other thermal paste, get a 5700x or 5600x cpu, check for a asus rog strix b550 or gigabyte b550 aorus elite v2 they are cheaper than your mobo, and i would get a 2tb ssd like a wd black sn 770 or the crucial you selected
Better psu, normal cpu, should be the 5700x yours have an integrated grafik.
And….just my opinion but get another ssd. One for system one for ….what ever you wanna do. And for games….let’s say 1tb is not that much if you lose 1/4 for the system. Just a thought.
This whole list is pretty bad, what’s your budget and what aesthetic choices are worth paying a premium for? If that case is a deal breaker then get it ig but you could save like 90$ on it and put that towards much better performance.
Isn’t the cpu already bundled with a cooler? If is, I don’t see the point in getting a separate one

First of all: The website. Fuck Amazon.
Also x570 is useless when b550 has almost all features and you don’t need a g cpu.
I’d also recommend going b650 and 7700 ddr5 6000. more future proof and by choosing the x570, you got the money.
Also 7700xt or 6800xt. Cheap and more power today.
3060 will struggle to drive a 1440 monitor at those high refresh rates. 6700 XT would be much better and only costs a bit more.
Motherboard is pricey, you could save money there and put it towards a better GPU.
“G” CPUs have less cache, which is bad for gaming. 5700X or 5600X is the way to go depending on budget.
You could also save a few $$ with a dirt cheap wired keyboard and mouse. Both would be easy to upgrade in future once you figure out what you like.
That PSU is sketchy.

Getting the 5700G isn’t worth it because you have a dedicated GPU. A 5800x would make more sense and should cost about the same (you could also get a 5800x3d, but that will be quite a bit more expensive).
You probably also don’t need the thermal paste, the cooler most likely already has some pre-applied. Maybe it’s worth looking at a slightly cheaper motherboard, but I guess this mostly depends on what you want and need from it.
I would also strongly recommend getting a higher quality psu. Look up the psu tier list and get something from the A or B tier. Getting a good psu is important for stability and a low quality one can even damage other parts of the system, so not something you should cheap out on.
WHY IS NOBODY MENTIONING THE 150 DOLLAR CASE!!! You don’t need that. Put that money into a better gpu and buy a cheaper case
Honestly, yeah. A lot of signs of a noob build here but nothing atrocious.
Unless you need Nvidia software for recording or encoding, go for an Intel Arc A750 for 3060 level performance at 2/3 the price.
For CPU/MOBO/RAM, get you on DDR5 capable like a Ryzen 7600 if you can. Good cooler choice, but you can use the stock AMD cooler as well it looks and performs nicely.
If you like the case go for it but I would consider black since none of your other components have white and it could look strange. If you like white, white RAM will go a long way to make the build look better with the white case.
Nicer PSU as others have stated.
Highly recommend 2TB NVME as 1TB fills up so ridiculously fast, but if you think you’ll get by with 1TB for now, then go for it.
PSU is “bomb planted” mode.
Please refer to the PSU tier list, on PSU cultists to get a tier A or B. CM mwe gold V2, Antec EA Pro G semi modular are relatively inexpensive but ok PSUs.
Crucial P3, please turn that into a p5, possibly “plus”. Or grab a Lexar NM790, or a 710 if you want to save. Anything but the P3.
Ryzen 5700G. It’s slow and has an integrated iGpu you don’t need. You want a 5700X, not a 5700G.
Finally the motherboard.
Check prices of B550 motherboards such as MSI b550 A pro or Gaming Plus. They should be cheaper and equally effective plus their VRMs are good even at that price, the gaming plus has somewhat better rear I/O.
If you need windows, buy an OEM key over the various key reselling websites for cheap.

Dont get the 5700g it decreases performance of the cpu since you have a graphics card and get a branded trusted power supply remember these are powering all of your components

First, get a better SSD. P3 is good, but it is a DRAMless one. For OS it is better to get DRAM – faster and drive won’t wear out as fast. As a general storage – good. Use this as a reference point:

All SSDs in one spreadsheet, sort by DRAM, and go from there. You might need entry-level, by price.
MB maybe a little overkill for CPU. Also, 8 core, 16 threads – good for now. Won’t enough in the future(2-3 years).
GPU can be better, like 6700XT (+$30)

Apevia is a decent brand. They make cooling systems and other stuff like that for computers. They have good reviews. Seem legit as a company could be. I have bought 3 in the past for builds I have done for family and friends and yet to have any issues. I don’t buy trash either cause the last thing you wanna skimp on is a power supply.
There are TONS of great PSUs out there who are smaller named brands and because of that, everyone thinks they are trash.
Always check for reviews and info before buying any part. Kinda a rule of thumb. Don’t listen to idiots who just assume a product is bad because they never heard of the brand name or they had an issue or know someone who had an issue with a name brand.
One thing i would like to mention is get 2 seperate SSD than 1. So 2 512 GB SSDs. It’s always good to keep windows in a seperate drive if you can manage
Id recommene going with a 3060 ti or maybe 4060 ti 16gb if its not out of your budget. The performance boost will be significant. But still. Even the 4060 ti is a 1080p card. Or maybe with dlss and frame gen you can pull off 1440p at high fps
Just a question but shouldn’t an AMD EXPO RAM be better for an AMD CPU. I know that in theory they are compatible with Intel XMP, but still. Or is it only for 7xxx series CPUs?
Get an AMD 7600X instead, it is newer and higher turbo, even though the threads and cores are lower than 5700G. It is up to you. By the way, please tell me what cpu did you ended up getting and your PC specs. If I were you, I would buy 7600x or 7700X.

I don’t know about that thermal paste. Because it’s aluminum based it might be conductive. You don’t want a conductive thermal paste as a beginner. The Arctic MX-4 or MX-6.

I would change the cpu and mbd. Get a 5600x with mbd combo. U can save $80 just from that. Then change the keyboard combo. Get something way better that looks like cheap china crap spend the extra money. Remember ur gonna be using the mouse and keyboard all day. U don’t need a cooler or thermal paste since the 5600x comes with both. Use those savings to get a better power supply. U can get a Corsair CX650M. Then have fun.
OP, in case you don’t want a 3060 12gb, check the AMD RX 6700XT. I believe it’s a better card for similar price

Swap the 5700g for a 5600x
get a cheaper mobo because am4 is a dead platform so you don’t really have to future proof to much. Got a Ds3H running a 5800x3d myself and should go for about 100 bucks.

I’d try to swap in a 6700xt instead of a 3060 because raytracing sucks on anything below a 3080, so you might as well mimax traditional rendering. But if it’s out of your price range and you aren’t comfortable buying secondhand, the 3060 will do just fine
Thermal Paste goes onto the CPU bracket so your motherboard does not overheat and heat is distributed accordingly. Its an element you got to use. But ur doing great…. Good luck
The motherboard and case are hella pricy. The cooler comes with thermal paste.
Use those savings for a better psu and better gpu.
Get a better power supply. The minimum psu needed for a 7 is 500-600 watts. I’d go for a minimum 750
