I got the g5 Odyssey

And it only lets me use 144hz with no opition for 165 I tried this youtube video didn’t workhttps://youtube.com/shorts/zVmHKsVvly4?si=6mKtQweVvHnrB0L7

And only has these option

    Do you use HDMi or DP cable? HDMi allow only 144Hz while DP let you 165Hz. Same “problem” with my AOC monitor.

    That’s 144hz screen. It also have nasty ghosting.

    You gotta go in and turn on Overdrive or Overclocking.. I have a ASUS monitor that defaults to 144hz until you turn on Overclocking and it gives you a warning that it can flicker over time… and bam.. 165hz

    You also need DP cable, HDMI won’t work.

    I got this monitor as a gift and I didn’t know it’s was 165hz. Always played at 144. Thanks haha
