No problem. It’s not emitting that much heat.
You can always adjust how much heat you want.
Your pc is hotter inside than the radiator is outside. So long as your moving your air towers the radiator and not drawing in from it you should be fine. Either way you should be fine, the pc just won’t be able to cool itself as much but not by enough to cause damage. Worst case is earlier throttle limiting.
If it is bad for pc, you are already dead
Distance wise that’s more than fine. If you really want to be on the safe side, make sure the water temperature on the boiler is set to something not too high (here in the UK 55-60c is recommended for efficiency reasons, depending on boiler model).
Do people not have radiators? These are in every room of every house in the UK
Yes it’s absolutely fine by the way, if it gets too warm you can turn it down or off using the valve at the bottom. But it’s not applying much direct heat to your system
Maybe? Monitor your temps and decide for yourself.
Only reason I say maybe is if you’re sitting hotboxing your room with the radiator. But that’s more of a room wide issue over proximity.

It’s a radiator. You can turn it down/off if you want to.
This might raise the ambient temperature by a few degrees, which will increase the operating temperature of the PC similarly. Unless your cooling is very marginal and that small difference will cause it to now thermal throttle under load, it’s fine.

No, its ok. Nothing to worry about. The radiator will not heatup the room (or area near the pc) more than a hot summer day.

I would be concerned about the steam coming out of that vent thats aimed towards the pc and not aimed at the ceiling.

Yeah here in Finland, my pc sits just about same distance , your PC be fine. My pc has no issues, wife’s laptop is even closer and no issues or temp difference on either system

Less humidity. Your hardware should take longer to oxide.

Put your hand on the outside of the PC case where it’s facing the radiator if it’s unusually warm to the touch then it may be too close and getting too hot. Also you can have software on your computer that reports to you the CPU temperature and if that is running way too warm then it might be a good idea to move it further away. It doesn’t look too close but your performance is what will tell you whether or not it is too close or not.
Your PC is running much hotter than the warm air around it. I wouldn’t worry too much.

Is your PC physically on fire? If not, then you’re probably fine. Smoking is fine too but just not fire.
Put the tower in your cellar and run a really long cable to your monitor. Problem solved.
If it’s a concern, move the pc to the other side of the desk.
I know it may not be ideal. I prefer my rig to be on the right side of the desk as well.
Your pc isint going to get colder than the room but the type of heating doesn’t matter

My radiator looks exactly the same and my pc is 20 cm from it. Nothing has ever happened to it so you should be fine
