For people who think “The Tower” is a “bad” ending:
V will probably spend some time working out and getting a little stronger so they can take care of themselves, then end up at a desk job training new agents and having adventures with Reed.
Kerry is still your friend and seems to be more rich and famous than ever before, he would probably help V out once he’s not so busy being a rockstar in space. If not, well you were offered a job so you probably make decent enough money at your desk job to at least buy the things you need, and working with suits in Washington is likely not nearly as dangerous as life in NC.
If you wanted to live happily ever after with Panam/Judy: You knew it was stupid to start a relationship with anyone, after Vik told you that you only had “weeks” left to live, but you did it anyway so that’s on you. (seriously though in what fucking universe would you hear “you’ll be dead in 2 weeks” and think, “time to find a girlfriend!”)
Some future tech could possibly rehabilitate V’s nervous system or replace it, but as Misty said it’s not really the end of the world being a normal person.
