Yes you can, but I would SERIOUSLY recommend you to buy a angled stand for your laptop, as leaving it against the table decreases the airflow to cool it down (and also NEVER EVER use it on top of cloth, that’ll heat it up a lot).
I have both a desktop and a gaming laptop (with an RTX 4060) and I welcome you to the PCMR.
I always was and will be a hardcore desktop lover even tho I currently have a laptop right now, desktops are supreme in every aspect and way cheaper than laptops with same specs if you ask me.
