I cant find out what is the problem that my i5 13400f to ran slower than others with same cpu , even last’s gen 12400f ran faster than mine especially L2 & L3 speed.
even i tried everything, ran the test in safe mode and undervolted the cpu increased power limit to 85w and i cant find what is going on

aida 64 is not a good benchmark… use a diff one. Set cpu to stock for good measures
this is solely depended on ram speed timings cpu speed..
