Set CPU core speed to 4.8ghz but still only 4.5ghz.

Hi,

I currently have a i5-10600kf and was looking to overclock it to 4.8ghz. I am new to overclocking so I don’t really fully understand the things I am doing but I am following guides on YouTube and on this subreddit.
after setting my CPU clock ratio to 48 I am still seeing my CPU frequency remaining at 4.5ghz.

I saw to disable turbo power limits and current limits which I have done but it is still at 4.5ghz.

Would appreciate the advice.
