OP, have you heard of this ASUS sub brand called ROG STRIX? I would recommend getting that if you’re building a PC. Is very cool and kills aliens

I’m from the states and bought the 1600W Thor. I had to have electricians come run a new dedicated 20A circuit to my office space just for it connect to. It’ll trip 15A.

Enjoy it and if you don’t like something, give it to me and I’ll return it for you!

I’ve always been curious as to why people like the extreme gamer aesthetic of ROG products.

Congrats!!! I once did the same thing for being able to build my dream PC. I 100% understand how you feel. Be careful and have fun!!! Happy for you my friend!
randomeqt
Pretty sure that UPS won’t hold under load depending on what you are planning on connecting to it. 900W max. CPU and GPU combined can reach 700W alone.

Holy Moly thats an insane setup 💪🏻😂

Jeez that looks like enough parts for 3 PCs. Congrats on the grind, enjoy your spaceship!

Asus are way too overpriced for what they give, but at least it’s all got RGB.

Jesus christ even the external BR writer is ASUS! As an IT technician working for an ISP, I’m just curious, do you have an Asus router? They’re fcking beasts, I tested one yesterday on a client’s house and it achieved 1GB symmetrical speed using wifi next to it, it looked like a spider on his back, not sure about the product name, but that thing was scary fast.
Awesome! Gonna be that much better because you worked for it.

I‘m really happy for your new high end build.
With a 4090 and the 14900K you should be set for a few years.
I‘m not gonna judge on the cores of that build, but man, is it a bad idea to throw that much money in that many categories at ASUS. Even if the company hadn‘t gone to shit lately.
They use a lot if mid range stuff bought from other companies, rebranded and with a hefty premium. F.e. your AiO, headset and periphery.
And my friend: With a ROG Strix 4090 you got yourself into some hefty coil whine. ASUS revolutionized coil whine with their new brand technology of COIL SCREAMING (TM) (proud owner of a ROG Strix 3080TI here).
Please for the love of god get some outside input for your next build.
You will still have a lot of fun with it and i hate to be so negative, but man has ASUS become a dogshit company selling mid products with hefty price tags.
And have a flash USB stick ready. ASUS motherboards software is garbage. For my last one, they installed a broken driver, so i had to magically make a flash USB appear out of thin air (had to drive over to a friends house).

You must be so excited you just had to post this pic in every single PC related sub.
