Give it a moment, nvidia will get devs to make a unsupported hardware feature set a hard requirement to phases out the old and push new shit, was done in the past just to make water look nice.

I’m running my I5-8400 and 1070ti into the ground.
God bless the Indie games scene. You the real ones actually trying to do new stuff and designing games to run on old PCs.

2024 is the year I finally build a new PC and retire my good ol’ 1070.

For me, only cards worth upgrading to, are the ones with a minimum of 16gb vram. If one drops below 500eu, I’m the first to buy. Used 3090’s are getting close to that, so that’s probably my next step.

Been rocking the Rx590GME for a long while now

I had to upgrade when I changed from a 1080p to a 1440p ultrawide monitor.

I’m fine with 1080p/QHD, I don’t have any use for >60fps, and I barely game anyway nowadays. Mine will probably remain for a few more years.

ive been trying to upgrade to rx6800xt twice now, everytime I re-research, rethinking the choices. I didnt, have 144hz 1080p most competetive gaming i can run 120+ fps and story games 60fps on high-ultra setting. unless i want to upgrade to 1440p, I will stay
theDefa1t
I just upgraded to a 4090. I’m handing my 1080ti to a friend
