I went for a modern cowboy feel, rugid with a bit of class given hes a nomad running around the big city. Also matches Jackies bike well, my favorite ride in the game. Me personally I think if you are going for a cowboy vibe you need cowboy hat, western shirt, and cowboy boots with the stitching on the toes. I do run my v with the aldecaldos bolero and samurai shirt with vintage straight cuts and worn cowboy boots after I beat the game tho. For modern cowboy vibe I think you should have a cowboy hat and maybe the dark brown cowboy boots.
