This is correct for operating at JEDEC frequencies and timings.
Once you start playing with timings and going above frequencies that the kit is rated for, you start running into temp sensitivity issues. My experience with 16Gb Hynix M and A-die is that they’ll start becoming very unhappy when overclocking once they become sufficiently hot.
So the data sheet isn’t wrong, but there’s a reason why memory vendors follow more conservative voltages and operating temperature specifications.
