Some more info, I’m definetly having issues with my ram right now, whenever I turn on XMP I sometimes will blue screen and crash. I looked at the system viewer, and got a Bad_pool_error (c2) issue. I am pretty sure it’s my ram but I was just playing age of wonder and I got this which makes me worried my GPU is having issues.
Thing is I’ve never gotten this on any other games, I did get a lot of stuttering for a week but I recently upgraded my power supply and all the stuttering went away.
I bought my GPU on ebay used for pretty damn cheap compared to new and it’s been completely fine. I had this blue screen issue with xmp since before I upgraded the GPU.
Any help would be appreciated.

Update: found out this is a common problem with the new update in age of wonders 4. So looks like my GPU is fine but I still can’t figure out why my ram crashes my computer whenever XMP is turned on.
If you undervolt your CPU or GPU.. don’t.
