Hello fellow overclockers my build is
z790 apex encore latest bios 801
i9-14900k
2×24 gskill F5-8000J4048F24GX2-TZ5RK [https://www.gskill.com/product/165/374/1680070678/F5-8000J4048F24GX2-TZ5RK](https://www.gskill.com/product/165/374/1680070678/F5-8000J4048F24GX2-TZ5RK)
as yall know xmp is useless on this board so best i could do is enable xmp 1
change the following
downgrade the freq. to 7800
VDD/Q 1,41
IVR 1.36
SA 1.18 > anything above that will freeze the PC during test
MCV 1.38
got it to stable with this config for 25 cycles of tm5 1usmus\_V3-26 and 40 mins of cruncher VST
0 errors or crashes but i need to push it to 8000 minimum any suggestions?
keep in mind i can boot with 8000 and 8200 but i will crash at the first test. system wont post at 8400+ before the bios update i haven’t tried after.

You could be over your IMC limit with 8000
Sadly you will have to try on your own. Some voltages sweet-spot very specifically for every individual processor.
More than “try more voltage or sometimes less” is not possible for me to recommend.
Or / additionally loosen up some timings (higher than xmp). Could help too at high speeds
Post your primary and secondary timings
ram temp and pch temp
IMC can’t handle it.
