The cooling effects are usually the same regardless. Just don’t have them all blowing out of the case creating negative pressure. Also, why is there a dead body lying on your PSU?

More than likely you’ll end up pulling back in some hotter exhaust air doing that setup on top.
Either go full exhaust on top (though that front top fan would just eliminate any air coming from the upper front fan and be counter productive) or don’t install the top front one, just go with an extra exhaust.

Having 2 fans right next to eachother going opposite directions is just going to recycle air from eachother and be pretty much pointless. I’d have them both just doing exhaust.

It can work. I would ~~vent~~ flip the PSU ~~out~~ so it draws in from the bottom though if your case allows it.

I had a similar setup and it worked best with just the top rear one as exhaust and no need for the top front fan at all. If you want to use them both for aesthetic reasons, I would go both as exhaust on top

Don’t have the top right one, you don’t even really need the left one as heat rises normally.

Exactly the same setup with minor differences. Saddam Hussein is positioned closer to front intake so he’s supplied with more fresh air and the 120 mm slim fan sitting on A750 exhaust the hot air very well, I’ll draw a fan shroud sometime to bridge all those 3 fans.
right fan on top needs to be flipped as an exhaust as well IMO. I think you want negative pressure in the case. Ambient air is normally not providing a tremendous amount of cooling, drawing out hot air does

General rules of air cooling. Top and back, exhaust. Front and bottom, intake. Pulling more air into your case than you are exhausting creates a little positive pressure, which is helpful against dust.
