no, it’s not
first off, that plug isn’t grounded, so any failure in the power supply of your PC that causes a short to the chassis and you’ll get a very nasty shock
second off, that black plug’s adapter isn’t correctly plugged in and could arc inside the plug causing a fire, and same with the white 3 way adapter being incorrectly plugged into the wall (and being constantly pulled out by the weight of the cables)
and 3rd, that middle plug isn’t fully plugged in and could shock you or cause a fire if something lands on it
and that’s not even considering that the 3 way splitter probably isn’t rated for that kind of load so it could melt

It is not safe and that adapter should be illegal, I don’t know how they even made it to accept grounded plugs.

Do you not have branches/forks in your country? You plug it into a wall and it has like 3-6 sockets for you to plug into.

You should call you local fire department and see if they can give you a estimate on how long it would take them to get there. Then you’ll know how long youll be hopefully in your yard watching the place burn.

*If* you plug it in properly. It’s hanging out at the moment, and so is one of the plugs.
Italy runs at 230 V, 50 Hz, and residential wiring must be able to handle 10A to a type-L.
That’s 2.3 kW, which you are not doing.

No. Use one of those that are in paralell. Trouble is that i dokt knlw the names in english since english is not my native languaje but, thoe teiple things are not paralell conections so the three things end up heating the triple and can cause trouble if you have something like a heater or anything that uses too much current. It’s safet to use those extensions that have lots of holes, that have a button to turn them on and of. Those probably have a safety part that shuts down if the current is too much. Only connect a triple to things line phone chargers and one light lamp or something.
