Do you have more then 10/10 items in your stash? If so that’s why.
That is the level 1 and you already have that. Raw it’s level 1, refined it’s 2 and flawless it’s level 3.
That is the PaP 1 schematic.
I guess you got confused bc of the yellow color. You’re looking for FLAWLESS, which you’ll find in t2/t3
