i shot panam thrice and threw 27 grenades at her in this place. i fucking hate doing the same shit over and over again. cops? they were too afraid to come close, they stayed aside. johnny? soaked in all the bullets like a man. panam? got slapped in the face with 6 ozob’s noses and blown up by aforementioned 27 grenades, as well as by a bunch of shotgun bullets.

Do you need to restart the game to get this quest to trigger? Booted up yesterday for the first time since the patch and it didn’t pop.
