I would place a basic rtx 3060 desktop system at around $500, and in this case the RX 6600 XT is a more powerful GPU, plus you’ll get a monitor and 32GB instead of 16GB. Fair price IMO

Pairing an intel cpu with an amd gpu makes no sense. If for whatever reason you get an amd gpu you should at least have an amd cpu as well to enable SAM.
