One of your pc case Fan is faulty. I’ve seen this before. If you have time and money, you can always find out which one is it, by taking off the side panel of you case, and then, while your pc is running of course, try yo hear from where the sound might come.
Then stop the fan blades with your finger, gently pushing in the middle, and if the noise is gone, then thats the faulty one. Turn off the pc, dismount-disconnect your fan, and replace it.

That is the undeniable sound of a cable tapping against a spinning fan blade. Based on the sound, I am betting a fan cable, rather than a main P/S cable.

If you have trouble identifying the fan, you should be able to use a screwdriver as a probe to help identify which fan is vibrating more than the others. Touch it to each fan and see if you can feel a more pronounced vibration.

I had that exact issue with my first build. You probably tightened a fan screw too much and it’s hitting the case

It’s probably a fan hitting the wire but it can also be from a problem with the PSU in which case you need to turn off your pc and buy a new psu asap.

Do you have an AIO on the front? I had this exact sound coming from my pc a while back, and it was driving me insane because I couldn’t find any fans hitting anything. After enough research, I found out that my AIO was messed up somehow, I’m pretty sure it was something to do with air bubbles but I can’t quite remember. I ended up replacing it, and the noise went away.
Just wanted to comment this because everyone is saying something is wrong with the fans, but speaking from experience that isn’t necessarily the case.
