Hey guys, i would like some advice as I am new to this overclocking thing…I have 3 xmp profiles in my BIOS and I have attached photos for what changes they both make to my PC… which one is safer and offers the best performance? And can you explain to me why you are recommending one profile over the other? The first photo attachment is the 1st xmp profile, the 2nd and 3rd photo are xmp profile 2 and finally the 4th and 5th photos are xmp profile “xmp tweaked”.

Usually profile 1 is less aggressive, but more stable in my experience. Profile 2 tends to shoot for better clock speed, often at the expense of sub timings when the bios trains the memory. Test them both for stability and latency. As well as performance in applications that you use and choose the one that works best for you.
XMP2 if you dont want inconsistent training issues
XMP1 if you dont mind FAAFO
Xmp2 on Asus assigns the xmp profile set by the ram manufacturer. I wouldn’t use any of the other options tbh, if you wanted to overçlock the ram further tune it yourself.
