If anyone is wondering if they do anything, I tested them both and one does nothing at all while the other fires this really small red laser to the left of V about every 10 second

I have also seen this in my play though I have kept it to see if a patch fixes it

Those are European guns.
I killed some police robots in front of City Hall and found I could pick up some “Mk. 31 HMG” guns that were invisible equipped and in inventory.
Finger guns! Pew pew.
