For what it’s worth, it doesn’t show it either for my EVGA 3080 and I’ve seen similar posts. Not sure if it’s the program, our installatin or whatever. Everythng works fine otherwise.
I don’t know about the GTX 1650 specifically but it’s pretty normal for low end cards to not support voltage tuning. Many don’t even support clock tuning.
