I had the exact same setup (drawers and butchers block from Ikea) than u a while ago. My tip: get a let on Amazon that u can affix to the middle of the butchers block to stop say. It will come. It doesn’t have to be in the middle middle. Obviously in the middle length wise, but all the way back it will offer good support and stability. Trust me.
