Yeah the actress is Alanah Pearce and she is Australian but lives in America
The character is based on and voiced by Alanah Pearce, long time video game journalist/writer/dev.
Fun fact; Koala’s are canonically extinct in Cyberpunk. The last koala, Omega, died in 2077.
