Why a 10700K though?
Wouldn’t an AM5 board with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D would make that into a much more beastly build?

Looks good, but this i7 sadly is matched if not outmatched by 14th gen i3’s now for less power too. They are pretty cheap too and don’t require water cooling and I suppose could be used to upgrade later down the road.
Still a good build, I take it you got your hands on a cheap used 10th gen i7 and there is nothing wrong with that.
If it works and she’s happy, that’s all that matters really.
